'Chi mangia bene mangia Italiano!' which means 'he who eats well eats Italian!'. Sorrentino's knows this proverb to be true, and want to share the secrets of Italian cooking with us through this La Cucina Italiana Cooking class!
We will start the night at Caffe Sorrentino with an espresso style coffee of choice and meet our fellow Mamas. We will move into the kitchen to meet the Sorrentino's Chef, get a brief kitchen orientation and a glass of wine. The dinner course is then prepared (by you, with the Chef) and served with the appropriate wine selection.

Medaglione di Pollo con VIno - Chicken breast with italian sausage in a mushroom, tomato red wine sauce
Paparadelle Pasta with Garlic Cream Reduction
Tirimisu (demonstrated by the chef, then served)
And you won't leave empty handed, an apron and recipe book are yours to keep. Not to mention your full stomach and the knowledge gained. A truly memorable night out!
